Light Up Star Wand - Neon Glow

Instructions: Remove the Neon Glow Star Wand from the packaging and remove the battery protection tab. Press the button on the side of the handle to turn the star wand on and press again to rotate through the 3 different modes. (fast flash, slower flash & steady light)
