How do I sign in after the website update?
Welcome back to GlowProducts. We have updated our website. Use the same email address you used previously, and we will email you a one-time verification code. Your old password is no longer needed. Choose the Account icon at the top of the page to sign in.
What if my verification code does not arrive?
Check that your email address is spelled correctly and look in your spam or junk folder. If needed, request a new code from the sign-in screen and use the most recent code.
What if I cannot access my old email address or find a previous order?
Email info@glowproducts.com for help. If you are asking about an order, include its order number if available. Please do not send passwords or verification codes.
Do I need to sign in to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Signing in is optional.
How do glow sticks work?
Chemical glow sticks produce light when their ingredients mix. Activate the product only as directed on its packaging, then gently shake it to distribute the glow. LED products use batteries or another power source and work differently.
How long do glow sticks last?
Glow duration depends on the product, color, temperature, and storage history. Check the individual product page and packaging for its stated glow time. Do not assume that every size or color has the same duration.
Does temperature affect the glow?
Temperature affects the chemical reaction: warmer conditions generally produce a brighter, shorter glow, while cooler conditions produce a dimmer, longer glow. Use and store products within the conditions specified on their packaging. Do not heat glow sticks.
Can I turn a glow stick off or reuse it?
A chemical glow stick cannot be switched off or recharged after activation. LED products may be reusable; check the product page for battery, charging, and operating details.
Are glow sticks and LED products waterproof?
Water suitability depends on the individual product. A sealed chemical glow stick and a battery-powered LED product do not have the same construction. Check the product's stated water-resistance or waterproof rating before using it in water. Do not assume suitability for diving or high-pressure use.
How should I store unused glow products?
Keep unused products in their original packaging in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Follow the storage instructions on the label and keep products away from children and pets when not in use.
What is the shelf life?
Shelf life varies by product and packaging. Check the product page and any date on the packaging. Some clearance products are specifically described as expired or past their recommended shelf life; read those disclosures before ordering.

Follow the product label, including age and supervision guidance. Do not chew, cut open, or puncture glow sticks, and keep their contents away from eyes and mouths. Small parts and batteries need particular care around children and pets.

Stop using the damaged product and avoid contact with the liquid. Follow the product's safety information and the fabric's care instructions. Contact us for available product-specific safety information; staining can occur.
Can I order in bulk or add custom printing?
We offer bulk quantities and custom printing on selected products. Check the product page for available colors, quantities, and options. For a printing quote, send the product or SKU, quantity, artwork, delivery postal code, and required event date to info@glowproducts.com or 1-877-234-3946. We will confirm the available options and timing for your request.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Hawthorne, California, or directly from our suppliers. Contact us before ordering if delivery by a particular date is essential.
Who pays import duties on Canadian deliveries?
Glow Products pay the import duties on deliveries to Canada. We do not charge those import duties to our Canadian customers. Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are separate and are shown at checkout.
How do I request a return or report an order problem?
