Ordering and quotes
Order through our online store or contact us for help choosing products. To request a quote or send a purchase order, email the product names or SKUs, quantities, colors, delivery address, and required delivery date. We will confirm the order details, shipping, and timing.
For custom printing, include your artwork and printing requirements. Availability, minimum quantities, setup charges, and production times depend on the selected product and request.
Payment methods
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Contact us if you need help with a purchase order or a payment question.
Shipping and delivery
We fulfill orders from our warehouse at 3707 W Rosecrans Ave, Hawthorne, CA 90250, or directly from our suppliers. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery timing depends on the products, fulfillment source, destination, and shipping service. If you need an order for a specific event or require expedited delivery, contact us before ordering so we can check the options. Do not assume overnight or Saturday delivery is available for every order.
If you want to use your own carrier account, contact us before ordering to confirm arrangements.
Canadian deliveries and import duties
Glow Products pays the import duties on deliveries to Canada. We do not charge those import duties to our Canadian customers. Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are separate and are shown at checkout.
Orders outside the United States and Canada
Contact us before ordering to confirm whether we can deliver to your destination and which payment and shipping options are available. For destinations outside the US and Canada, customers are responsible for additional destination taxes, duties, and brokerage charges.
Returns and refunds
Contact us within 10 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a problem with your order. Obtain authorization before returning merchandise. See our Returns and refunds page for the complete process, exclusions, freight charges, and refund timing.
Product availability and order changes
We supply products from our warehouse or our suppliers. If we cannot fulfill part of your order as expected, we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss the options. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order; changes depend on its fulfillment status.
Sales tax
Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout. Canadian import duties are handled separately as described above.

Product safety and safety data sheets
Follow the product label and keep glow-stick contents away from eyes and mouths. For product-specific safety information or available safety data sheets (SDS), contact us with the product name or SKU.
