Instructions

Press down on the top of the glow in the dark badge and be sure to break both of the internal glow capsules to activate. Shake the glow badge to mix and start the glow, and to distribute the glow evenly within the badge. Peel off the back label to reveal the sticker and then stick the glowing shape on whoever or wherever you want!
