Check the back of your flashing pin body light. If it has a tab that says 'remove', pull this tab out before turning the body light on. This tab is a safety feature to keep the LED flasher from accidentally activating during shipping.

To turn the blinky flashy body light on, screw the rear cap down tightly until it makes contact. To turn the flashing body light off, unscrew the cap until contact is broken.
