Just press the button on the handle to rotate through the colors to find the color combination that you want to see then wave your wand around to produce waves of fiber optic light.

Instructions
Unscrew the end of the fiber optic wand (where the lanyard is attached) and insert batteries positive side up. Press the button on the handle to turn the fiber optic wand on (Pressing the button once will turn the Fiber Optic Wand on, pressing it again will turn the Fiber Optic Wand off). Each consecutive off/on sequence will active the next color mode.
The 8 modes are:
1) Red
2) Green
3) Blue
4) Red/Green
5) Green/Blue
6) Red/Blue
7) Red/Green/Blue
8) Rainbow Mode (merges from color to color)
The first 7 modes are all static or non-changing solid colors. The 8th mode slowly merges between all three colors.
